فضل احمد کریم فضلی کا یومِ پیدائش

اصل نام سید فضل احمد کریم نقوی اور تخلص فضلی تھا۔ 5 نومبر 1906 ء کو اعظم گڑھ (بھارت) میں پیدا ہوئے۔ ان کا آبائی وطن الہ آباد تھا۔ خاندان کے سارے افراد علم دوست اور شعرو سخن کا ذوق رکھتے تھے۔ ان کے والد سید فضل رب فضل اپنے عہد کے خوشگوارشعرأ میں شمارکیے جاتے تھے۔ اس طرح فضلی صاحب کو شعر و سخن کا ذوق ورثہ میں ملا۔ فضلی صاحب کم عمری ہی میں غالب، ذوق، اکبراور اقبال سے متعارف ہو چکے تھے۔ پھر والد محترم کی وجہ سے بہت سے شعرأ حضرات بھی ان کے گھر آتے تھے جن میں صفی لکھنوی، ظریف لکھنوی، اثر لکھنوی اور جگر مراد آبادی بھی شامل تھے۔ اس سے سارے ماحول اور پس منظر کا نتیجہ یہ ہوا کہ فضلی صاحب نے بارہ سال کی عمر میں شعر کہنا شروع کر دیا۔ شروع میں اصلاح کے لیے وہ اپنے شعر والد کودکھایا کرتے تھے۔ لیکن ان کے والد نے فضلی صاحب کی حوصلہ افزائی نہیں کی۔ وہ انہیں یہ ہدایت فرماتے تھے کہ پہلے تعلیم مکمل کرلو پھر شاعری کرنا لیکن وہ خفیہ طور پر شعر کہتے اور دوستوں کی فرمائش پر نجی محفلوں میں پڑھتے تھے۔
فضل احمد کریم نے ابتدائی تعلیم اپنے گھر پر حاصل کی۔ پانچ سال کی عمر میں ’’رسم بسم اﷲ‘‘ ہوئی اور پھر قرآن پاک کی تعلیم شروع ہوئی۔ ڈیڑھ سال میں انہوں نے قرآن پاک ختم کر لیا۔ 1926 ء میں انہوں نے ایوننگ کر سچین کالج الہ آباد سے انٹر اور پھر الہ آباد یونیورسٹی سے بی اے کی سند حاصل کی۔ 1930 ء میں کلکٹری اور آئی سی ایس کے امتحانات دئیے۔ آئی سی ایس کے امتحان میں وہ تیسرے نمبر پر رہے۔ اس کے بعد تربیت کے لیے آکسفورڈ یو نیورسٹی بھیج دئیے گئے۔ وہاں انہوں نے اپنے تحقیقی مقالے The Orignal Development of Persain Ghazal پر ڈی لٹ کی ڈگری حاصل کی۔
لندن سے واپسی پر بنگال میں ان کی تعیناتی ہوئی جہاں سے انہوں نے بنگالی زبان بھی سیکھ لی۔ وہ سیکر یٹر ی محکمہ تعلیمات مشرقی پاکستان رہے اور کچھ عرصے فضل احمد صاحب وزارت امور کشمیر کے سیکر ٹری بھی ہوئے۔ فضلی صاحب کراچی میں الہ آباد یو نیو رسٹی اولڈ بوائز ایسو سی ایشن کے صدربھی رہ چکے تھے۔ اولڈ بوائز کے جلسوں میں تشریف لاتے تو لوگوں کی توجہ کا مرکز بنے رہتے تھے۔ ان کی شخصیت کا ایک پہلویہ تھا کہ وہ آئی سی ایس ہوتے ہوئے بھی عجز و انکسار کے مجسمہ تھے۔
فضلی صاحب یوں تو بلند پایہ غزل گو شاعر تھے مگر ان کی اور بھی مختلف حیثیتیں تھیں۔ وہ افسانہ نگار، فلمساز، اعلیٰ سول آفیسر اور ایک منکسر المزاج انسان تھے۔ فضل احمد کریم فضلی صاحب نے اپنا پہلا ناول’’خونِ جگر ہونے تک‘‘ لکھ کر علمی و ادبی دنیا میں تہلکہ مچا دیا اور ساتھ ساتھ ذہنوں کو جھنجلا کے رکھ دیا تھا۔ یہ ان کا ضخیم ناول تھا۔ ان کی متعدد تصانیف ہیں جن میں ’’پاکستانی ثقافت و وطنیت کے چند پہلو‘‘، شاعری کے مجموعے ’’چشم غزال‘‘، ’’نغمہ زندگی‘‘ (جو تقسیم سے پہلے 1941 ء کو شائع ہو گیا تھا) شامل ہیں۔
پاکستان میں ملازمت کے بعد وہ فلم سازی کی طرف آگئے اور کچھ فلمیں بھی بنائیں جن میں ’’چراغ جلتا رہا‘‘, ’’ایسا بھی ہوتا ہے‘‘، وغیرہ شامل ہیں۔ ’’چراغ جلتا رہا‘‘ کو بہت شہرت ہوئی تھی۔ اس فلم نے پاک فلم انڈسٹری کو کئی کامیاب فن کار دئیے۔
17 ،دسمبر 1981ء کو ’’چشم غزال‘‘ کا شاعر ’’نغمہ زندگی‘‘ سناتے سناتے ہمیشہ ہمیشہ کے لیے خاموش ہو گیا۔ انہیں پی ای سی ایچ کراچی کے قبرستان میں سپرد خاک کیا گیا۔
ان کی تصانیف میں ایسا بھی ہوتا ہے، خون جگر ہو نے تک(ناول)،چراغ جلتا رہا، سحرہو نے تک(ناول)،نغمہ زندگی، (مجموعہ کلام)، وقت کی پکار قابل ذکر ہیں۔ فضلی صاحب کے کلام کچھ اشعار ملاحظہ ہوں۔

سارے جہاں کا درد ہمارے جگر میں ہے

ستم میری خوش فہمیاں اور بھی ہیں

غم دوراں میں کہاں بات غم جاناں کی
نظم ہے اپنی جگہ خوب مگر ہائے غزل

سبھی کی آنکھیں یہ کہہ رہی ہیں ادھر سے پہلے ادھر سے پہلے

کہ دوستی کا ہے کیا ذکر دشمنی بھی نہیں

Original name was Syed Fazal Ahmad Karim Naqvi and Takhlis Fazli. Born on 5 November 1906 in Azamgarh (India). His homeland was Allahabad. All the family members had a taste of knowledge and poetry. His father Syed Fazal Rab Fazal was counted in the pleasant poetry of his covenant. Thus Mr. Fazali got the taste of poetry and speech in heritage. Mr. Fazli was introduced to Ghalib, Zaq, Akbar and Iqbal at a young age. Then because of his father, many poets also came to his home including Safi Lucknowi, Zarif Lucknowi, Ethar Lucknowi and Jigar Murad Abadi. This resulted in all the environment and background that Mr. Fazli had twelve. He started saying poetry at the age of years. In the beginning he used to show his poetry to his father for correction. But his father did not encourage Mr. Fazli. He directed him to complete education first and then do poetry. But he secretly used to say poetry and read in private gatherings at the request of friends.
Fazal Ahmad Karim received early education at his home. At the age of five, ′′ Ritam Bismullah ′′ was held and then the teaching of the Holy Quran started. In one and a half years he finished the Holy Quran. In 1926 He got inter from Sachin College Allahabad in the evening and then BA certificate from Allahabad University. Gave Collectory and ICS exams in 1930 He ranked 1930rd in ICS exams. After being sent to Oxford U University for training, he received a De Lit degree in his research articles The Orignal Development of Persain Ghazal.
On his return from London, he was appointed in Bengal from where he also learned Bengali language. He was the Secretary of Education Department of East Pakistan and for some time Fazal Ahmed was also the secretary of the Ministry of Kashmir Affairs. Mr. Fazli, Allahabad in Karachi. He was also the president of the U New Rusty Old Boys Association. He was the center of people's attention when he visited the old boys rallies. He was a wrestler of his personality that he was humbly and humbled despite being ICS. There were sculptures.
Mr. Fazli was a high-founded Ghazal Go poet but he had different statuses. He was a fiction writer, filmmaker, a superior civil officer and a man with a man. Fazal Ahmad Karim Fazli Sahib made his debut novel ′′ Khooni Jigar Hunne Tak ′′ Writing, knowledge and literary world, stirred up the minds. This was his ḵے novel. He has many books, including ′′ some aspects of Pakistani culture and country of poetry The collections include ′′ Eyes Ghazal ′′ Song of life (which was published on 1941 before the partition).
After his job in Pakistan, he came to filmmaking and made some films including ′′ Chirag Jalat raha ′′ Aisa bhi hai etc ′′ Chirag Jalta raha ′′ was very famous. This film has given many successful artists to the Pak film industry.
On December 17, 1981, the poet of ′′ Chishn Ghazal ′′ became silent forever while reciting the song of life He was buried in the graveyard of PECH Karachi.
It also happens in his books, till the blood of the liver (novel), the lamp was burning, till the Sehrahun (novel), the song of life, (collection of kalam), the call of time are notable. Some poems from Fazli Sahib's words Let's see
