لو جامِ مہر سے وہ چھلکنے لگی کرن
کھچنے لگا نگاہ میں فطرت کا بانکپن
جلوے زمیں پہ برسے، زمیں بن گئی دلہن
گونجے ترانے صبح کے، اک شور ہو گیا
عالم مئے بقا میں شرابور ہو گیا
تھم تھم کے ضوفشاں ہوا ذرّوں پہ آفتاب
چھڑکا ہوا نے سبزۂ خوابیدہ پر گُلاب
مرجھائی پتیوں میں مچلنے لگا شباب
لرزش ہوئی گُلوں کو، برسنے لگی شراب
رندانِ مست اور بھی سرمست ہو گئے
تھرّا کے جام ہونٹ میں پیوست ہو گئے
دوشیزہ ایک خوش قد و خوش رنگ و خوبرو
مالن کی نُورِ دیدہ، گلستاں کی آبرو
چُن چُن کے پھول سجتی ہے دامانِ آرزو
طفلی لئے ہے گود میں طوفانِ رنگ و بُو
رنگینیوں میں کھیلی، گُلوں میں پلی ہوئی
نورس کلی میں قوسِ قزح ہے ڈھلی ہوئی
زلفوں میں تابِ سنبلِ پیچاں لئے ہوئے
عارض میں شوخ رنگِ گلستاں لئے ہوئے
آنکھوں میں روحِ بادۂ عرفاں لئے ہوئے
ہونٹوں میں آبِ لعلِ بدخشاں لئے ہوئے
فطرت نے تول تول کے چشمِ قبول میں
سارا چمن نچوڑ دیا ایک پھول میں
