مُجھ سے پوشیدہ ہے عالم تری رعنائی کا
مانعِ جلوہ گری خوف ہے رُسوائی کا
بس اُسی پر تمہیں دعویٰ ہے زلیخائی کا
کیا کہوں گر اُسے اعجازِ محبت نہ کہوں
حُسن خود محوِ تماشا ہے تماشائی کا
اشک جو آنکھ سے باہر نہیں آنے پاتا
آئینہ ہے مرے جذبات کی گہرائی کا
تیرے آغوش میں کیا جانیے کیا عالم ہو
دِل دھڑکتا ہے تصور سے تمنائی کا
شکنِ بستر و نمناکیٔ بارش ہیں گواہ
پُوچھ لو اُن سے فسانہ شبِ تنہائی کا
کششِ بدر سے چڑھتا ہوا دریا دیکھا
اللہ اللہ وہ عالم تری انگڑائی کا
