عزیزؔ قیسی کا یومِ وفات

*عزیزؔ قیسی* ، *یکم جولائی ۱۹۱۳ء* کو پیدا ہوئے ۔ جامعہ عثمانیہ حیدر آباد سے تعلیم حاصل کی ۔ عزیز قیسی نے شاعری بھی کی اور افسانے بھی لکھے لیکن ان کی تمام تخلیقی کارگزاریاں دوسرے ترقی پسندوں سے اس معنی میں مختلف ہیں کہ ان میں سماجی ذمے داری کا احساس زیریں سطح پر تیرتا ہے ۔ ترقی پسند نظریات سے وابستگی ان کے اپنے نجی تخلیقی عمل پر حاوی نہیں ہونے پاتی۔
*عزیزؔ قیسی* نےشاعری میں غزل کے ساتھ نظموں پر بھی خاص توجہ دی ، ان کی نظمیں ایک طور پر ان کے عہد کے آشوب کی تاریخ ہیں ۔ *عزیزؔ قیسی* کی وابستگی فلموں سے بھی رہی انہوں نے ممبئی میں رہ کر کئی فلموں کیلئے کہانیاں اور نغمے لکھے ۔
*۳۰ ستمبر ۱۹۹۲ء* کو ان کا انتقال ہوا ۔
