موجِ صرصر کی طرح دل سے گزر جاؤ گے
کس کو معلوم تھا تم دل میں اتر جاؤ گے
چار سو وقت کی گردش کی فصیلِ شب ہے
بچ کے اس گردشِ دوراں سے کدھر جاؤ گے
آئینہ خانے سے دامن کو بچا کر گزرو
آئینہ ٹوٹا تو ریزوں میں بکھر جاؤ گے
اک ذرا اور قریبِ رگِ جاں آؤ تو—!!!
میرے خوں ناب میں تم ڈھل کے سنور جاؤ گے
دیکھو وہ چاند سسکتا ہے افق کی حد پر
تم بھی اس چاند کی مانند گزر جاؤ گے
اس بھری بزم سے ہنس بول کے رخصت ہو لو
کل جو اٹھو گے تو بادیدۂ تر جاؤ گے
