اک جہد و طلب کے راہی پر بے راہ روی کی تہمت کیوں
سمتوں کا فسوں جب ٹوٹ گیا آوارہ ہوئے رستے بھی بہت
موسم کی ہوائیں گلشن میں جادو کا عمل کر جاتی ہیں
روداد- بہاراں کیا کہئے شبنم بھی بہت شعلے بھی بہت—!!!
ہے یوں کہ طرب کے ساماں بھی ارزاں ہیں جنوں کی راہوں میں
تلوؤں کے لیے چھالے بھی بہت چھالوں کے لیے کانٹے بھی بہت
کہتے ہیں جسے جینے کا ہنر آسان بھی ہے دشوار بھی ہے
خوابوں سے ملی تسکیں بھی بہت خوابوں کے اڑے پرزے بھی بہت
رسوائی کہ شہرت کچھ جانو حرمت کہ ملامت کچھ سمجھو
تاباں ہوں کسی عنوان سہی ہوتے ہیں مرے چرچے بھی بہت
