Location: Tampa, FL
Worksite: On-site
Position: Part-time
Schedule: 1 day/week
Hours: 0630 - 0730HRS/1200-1300HRS
Duties:
The Yoga Instructor shall:

• Conduct yoga classes for approximately 20 participants, tailored to meet specific objectives.
• Utilize various yoga styles including Vinyasa, Yin, Adaptive, and Restorative.
• Provide weekly reports detailing class activities.
• Attend bi-monthly team meetings.
• Adapt instruction to accommodate injuries, medical conditions, and mental/emotional challenges.

Requirements:
Certification - Must be registered with the Yoga Alliance or have graduated from a Yoga Alliance approved training.
Military and veteran specific training and certification - Must be trained and prepared to professionally address ADSMs and veterans with the full range of yoga tools/techniques, from adaptive yoga appropriate for all individuals (including physical, mental, and moral injuries) through an advanced physical practice targeting elite athletic fitness.
