As a Workday Integration Application Management Services (AMS) Functional Service Lead your primary responsibilities may include:
- Manage on and?off-shore?functional teams.?
- Lead?the Integration AMS engagement driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality
- Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements?
- Troubleshoot production break-fixes from triage through resolution
- Implement enhancements and new features from discovery through deployment
- Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff?
- Serve as a single point of contact for the client and provide direction to resources to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated?
- Advise clients on industry standards?and leading practices.
- Demonstrate design options?using?prototyping.?
- Understand and apply Workday and Accenture?methodologies.?
- Provide the client with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status
- Maintain responsibility for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements
- Assist as needed in the sales process including scoping projects and estimating efforts to complete the implementation?
- Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives?
- Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.?
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies and execute optimization projects
- Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need:
- Workday Integrations Partner Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, most recently in a lead role
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Workday Integrations experience
- Minimum of 2 years of US and/or Global Integrations Operations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associates Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
Bonus points if:
- Extensive experience in designer and developer related roles with demonstrated ability to deliver coded integration work to a production environment
- Self-starter with proven ability to work within a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Referenceable experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
