As the Wine Club Administrator, you'll be instrumental in driving wine and merchandise sales through innovative marketing approaches. What You’ll Do:
· Handle new member sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the database.
· Respond promptly to member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
· Organize wine club events, including release parties, tastings, and member-exclusive gatherings.
· Craft engaging and informative communications to keep members informed about upcoming releases, events, and promotions.
· Coordinate event logistics, such as catering, invitations, and entertainment.
· Ensure events run smoothly and create memorable experiences for members.
What You’ll Need to Succeed: · High school diploma or general education degree (GED); college degree in marketing, hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
· Three (3) or more years of experience in wine tasting rooms, marketing, public relations, hospitality, or related field preferred.
· Understanding of principles and practices of the organization.
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Experience with POS systems.
· Ability to organize and manage several projects simultaneously.
· Excellent customer service, politeness, tact, patience, and diplomacy while dealing with members.
· Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations, especially during busy periods.
· Ability to maintain a professional and courteous relationship with employees, guests, vendors, etc.
· Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, responsiveness, and sound judgment.
· Ability to meet deadlines and possess excellent project management and decision-making skills.
· Excellent communication skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.

Compensation: Salary range between $22.00 - $24.00 hourly – may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on wine membership sales.
