Automotive Parts Distribution Center is looking for someone fast paced that stages and picks with accuracy and takes pride in their work. If you have good work history and been promoted to a LEAD role in a warehouse or fast paced environment and are good at counting, using a PC and willing and able to do physical work, we would like to hear from you!

• Pay: $18/hr
• Work Schedule: 8am-4pm M-F
• Weekly Pay
• Medical and Dental Insurance Offered

What Will I Be Doing?

• Receive, stock and fill parts orders with a high degree of accuracy, speed and efficiency.
• Learn new part numbers as they are introduced and shelve logically
• Follow correct procedures for operating material handling equipment and ensure palletizing of parts are done safely and efficiently.
• Identify damage or shortages to incoming shipments and note on bill of laden
• Use scan gun to check inventory accurately and to effectively take inventory
• Stage product on pallets, shrink wrap to prevent loss, and load pallets on trucks.
• Keeps work area clean to avoid potential accidents and to allow for rapid loading.
• Works in a safe manner following all safety procedures, rules and regulations. Notify DC management of stock, forklift or building damage, or any matters of concern.
• Help team members maintain a clean, organized floor
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of parts and auto services
• Computer Literate
• Customer service knowledge
• Ability to work well in a team environment, building collaborative relationships within the team;
• Demonstrate honesty and trustworthiness;
• Good time management skills and sense of urgency to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient and safe manner;
• Good follow through ability; adheres to work schedule and follows through on challenges as they arise;
• Maintains a feeling of pride in work; strives to achieve all goals;
• Attention to Detail
• Effective problem solving and decision-making;
• Strong Communication skills - Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
• Able to maneuver heavy equipment using hand trucks motorize cards, pallet jackets, etc.
