Labor Solutions is looking for Forklift Operator for one of their fastest growing customers. This job is temp-to-hire position.

Warehouse (Thursday-Saturday and every other Sunday)

• Shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Training Schedule: 1 week on days, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Processing : Unload, inspect, and store incoming shipments. Ensure all items are correctly labeled and stored.
• Inventory Management : Maintain accurate records of inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and report discrepancies.
• Order Fulfillment : Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Ensure orders are accurate and meet quality standards.
• Equipment Operation : Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures. Conduct routine checks on equipment and report any issues.
• Warehouse Organization : Keep the warehouse clean and organized. Optimize space utilization and improve workflow efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy items.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
