We are seeking a highly motivated General Manager to lead our restaurant team! If you are passionate about customer service, food quality, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. 

Qualification Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or Equivalent 
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a General Manager or 1 year of restaurant management experience in a similar environment 
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License required
• Ability to work nights and weekends 
• Strong commitment to customer service and team leadership
• Ability to solve practical problems and work efficiently under pressure 
• Upbeat energy, positive attitude, and dedication to timeliness

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure 100% guest satisfaction by addressing concerns immediately 
• Lead the team in collecting and acting on customer feedback
• Motivate team members to meet or exceed performance expectations 
• Maintain proper staffing levels for optimal guest service 
• Ensure all food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are upheld 
• Manage product projections and control waste to positively impact profitability 
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff
• Oversee cash control, security, and food safety procedures 
• Manage local marketing efforts to drive sales growth
