- Address customer inquiries and resolve any travel-related issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain and manage client profiles, ensuring all preferences and past travel experiences are documented.
- Process payments and provide clients with invoices and receipts.
- Collaborate with travel suppliers and partners to secure the best deals and services for clients.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your travel knowledge and skills.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in travel and tourism is a plus.
- Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar role within the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
