Here’s what we need:
The Talent & People Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support in key processes of the HR function. With a focus on onboarding and recruiting support, the role is integral to both the headquarters and field operations.
What you’ll be doing:
Onboarding: Coordinate and conduct onboarding for HQ Team Members, ensuring a memorable experience from day one.
New Hire Admin: Complete administrative processing for new hires and troubleshoot hiring issues as they arise.
Inbox Management: Monitor the recruiting inbox, assisting with requests from stores and hiring managers.
Recruiting Coordination: Publish job opportunities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other platforms as directed. Assist in managing the interview workflow, which includes coordinating reference checks, background screenings, and other steps in the hiring process.
Compliance & Documentation: Validate HQ I-9s, assist in resolving E-Verify issues, and ensure alignment with federal/state regulations and company policy.
Leave Administration: Assist in managing the leave of absence process, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies while providing timely support to team members.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and other departments, providing regular updates as needed.
General Support: Provide general support to the People team and take on other administrative duties and projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
2 years of general work experience
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience using HR systems such as an HRIS and ATS.
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
Manual dexterity for typing and handling paperwork.
Capable of lifting and carrying objects up to 20 pounds.
Comfortable with extended periods of screen time on computer monitors.
