Job Description

MKEC is looking for an entry level Structural Engineer to join our structural team in our Wichita office.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and use industry-specific design software.
• Work directly with licensed engineers and project managers.
• Gain real-world experience by working on active projects.
• Learn the design process from start to finish.
• Participate in the execution of projects that require multidiscipline engineering expertise.

Requirements:

• Structural/Architectural engineering bachelor's degree from ABET accredited program.
• Passed or pursuing FE certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Exposure to or awareness of industry-specific software.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work in a collaborative environment.
• Zero to four years of experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
