About the Role
As a Starbucks Barista, you'll be a vital part of our team, crafting delicious beverages and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, handling various tasks from taking orders to preparing drinks and maintaining a clean store.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service.
Beverage Preparation: Prepare a variety of beverages, including coffee, espresso, and tea-based drinks, to the highest standards.
Food Preparation: Prepare food items, such as pastries and sandwiches, as needed.
Cashier Duties: Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle returns.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store, including cleaning equipment and surfaces.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive and energetic attitude
Experience in food service is preferred but not required
