Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person interviews with candidates to review their background, experience, skills and qualifications
• Serve as employee advocate offering coaching when needed
• Prepare candidates for interviews providing general interview tips and detailed client information
• Utilize proprietary database to enter, maintain and update candidate information
• Facilitate interview processes with clients and candidates
• Visit client companies to learn more about work environment and culture fit
• Market and sell candidate skills and experience to organizations ensuring the best match for both the client company and the candidate
• Establish strong relationships with clients through consistent communication, including outbound phone calls and face-to-face meetings
• Develop sales opportunities to increase and expand client activity within new and existing accounts

Requirements:

• Effective time management skills, ability to multi task, be well organized and able to prioritize
• Ability to work equally well independently and as part of team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
• Ability to handle constructive criticism and coaching resulting in immediate improvements
• A strong desire to build the business, accept challenges with open arms, and be successful
