This position is will be located in Lodi, CA and will be Hybrid At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

+ Develop classroom, virtual, web-based and workshop-based training sessions using the ADDIE Process and project management standards

+ Act as site training development consultant, providing start to finish project management and professional advice

+ Develop courses for various settings: 1-on-1, large group, small group, etc.

+ Develop training videos, eLearning courses, classroom courses, classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, guides and manuals

+ Direct structured learning experiences and monitor and report on effectiveness

The essential requirements of the job include:

+ Bachelors degree with 2+ years of related work experience

+ Adobe and Office Programs Proficiency

+ Facilitation and Content Design Experience

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

+ eLearning Development Experience

+ Manufacturing or Engineering Experience

The salary range for this role is $80,000 .00 100,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
