Job Title: Sports Agent

Reports to: Branch Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sports Agent to join our growing team. As a Sports Agent, you will represent athletes in various sports, negotiating contracts, endorsements, and career opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, a strong understanding of the sports industry, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent athletes in negotiations with professional teams, sponsors, and other key stakeholders.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, including salary, performance incentives, and endorsement deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with athletes, teams, sponsors, and media outlets.
• Advise athletes on career planning, financial management, and personal branding.
• Stay updated on industry trends, collective bargaining agreements, and league regulations.
• Provide legal advice and facilitate communication between athletes and legal professionals when needed.
• Organize media appearances, sponsorships, and other promotional opportunities for clients.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Help athletes navigate the complexities of transitioning from amateur to professional status.
• Travel to events, meetings, and games as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Law, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sports management, contract negotiation, or a related area (preferably 2+ years).
• In-depth knowledge of sports industry practices and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking ability and established connections within the sports industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients and responsibilities simultaneously.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
