• Fully communicates the procedures, paperwork, and timeframes applicable to the service being provided to clients.
• Ensure tax returns are filed to the client’s best advantage as permitted within the Income Tax Act.
• Complete various organizational tasks such as eFile, responding to CRA audits and reviews, filing, preparing, and executing scheduling system and client reminder calls.
• Ensure client confidentiality and privacy in and out of the office

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Tax Preparer filing T1 tand T2 Tax returns.
• A quick learner with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct client-facing interviews in a professional and friendly manner.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients

Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience and the ability to work independently.
