The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will support the Factory's leadership team through support of factory wide efforts. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will support the factory operations by alleviating technical and logistical issues, providing corrective action for quality issues, and provide optimization for design and manufacturing opportunities. What You Will Do Applying manufacturing engineering skillsets across the extended value stream to resolve constraints and improve process and product designs Leverage knowledge and technical skills to influence business decisions and results from new designs to recurring production Design, control, and improve the producibility of products through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team Lead and coordinate projects, efforts and improvements across the extended value streams Act as the manufacturing and producibility authority within the program Act as a mentor and trainer to manufacturing engineers [endif]Identify and resolve constraints across the program Participate in corrective action investigation Provide technical input and peer review to engineering design changes Provide technical guidance and problem solving to factory engineers Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. Ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF). The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
