Proficiency in data querying, transformation, and data modeling using Power BI semantic models and SQL, and advanced statistical analysis techniques such as predictive models and network analysis will be essential in driving actionable insights.We're seeking individuals who are naturally curious, resourceful, and proactive in exploring new possibilities and asking insightful questions to uncover the needs of our end-users. The ability to adapt quickly to our dynamic business environment and understand key stakeholders within our network will be critical for achieving successConsult with HR Business Partners, HR specialty groups, and business leaders on their people-oriented business questions to determine needed next stepsDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve insight tools (e.g., Power BI) that automatically connect data from multiple sources, including a Snowflake data lake. This also includes having good user experience and visualizationsGather, analyze, and interpret data using solid research methodology and statistical analysis (including predictive models)Partner with appropriate groups regarding analytics results (e.g., HR specialty groups) and use storytelling to communicate insights and recommendations to the businessIncorporate ways to use generative AI, other technology, and external trends to improve our servicesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field.5+ years of professional experience including 2+ of those years developing Power BI semantic models and dashboards (e.g., multi-source data querying, transformation, Dax/M language, report sharing based on RLS)2+ years of experience in SQL, performing data querying, manipulation, and analysis2+ years of advanced skills in statistical analysis (e.g., regression, network analysis)OtherMaster s degree or additional certification programs is preferredExperience working with HR/people data is preferredDon t meet all the qualifications listed under
