Job Description
I am working with a client in MN who is looking for data entry individuals on a temporary basis. This role would consist of you going to the warehouse to grab a box of files and then entering the information into the computer. You would continue this process until the files were completed.

Responsibilities
-Pulls individual files from the storage box, identify required data fields from each file and enter information into the database.
-When all files have been reviewed, they are returned to the box and another box of documents will be scanned.
-Will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of exposure to sensitive documents.
-Must be able to stand for majority of the work day.
-Attention to detail with propper labeling and filing documents away.
-Use of scanner to convert paper documents into electronic files.

The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- wearing steel toe shoes
- manual lifting up to 25lbs
- standing for 4 hours at one time
