Description

As a Salesforce Administrator at Patton Creative Group, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and managing our Salesforce platform to support a diverse range of clients across multiple industries. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will improve user experience, and deliver solutions that drive business efficiency. Your ability to adapt Salesforce to meet the unique needs of our clients will be key to maintaining our agency's high standard of service.

Requirements

• Manage and customize users, profiles, apps, objects, layouts, fields, and permissions to meet business needs
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data automation for organizational use
• Perform general administrative tasks, including mass data updates, flows, validation rules, and integrations
• Collaborate on planning, designing, testing, and deploying apps, integrations, and automation
• Monitor APIs, connectors, and middleware for seamless data flow between systems
• Gather and document requirements from key decision makers and end users to enhance user experience and system functionality
• Support post-implementation needs and ensure continuity of essential processes and data quality

Knowledge / Skills

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years Salesforce Administration experience require
• Salesforce Administrator Certification Required
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification preferred
• Salesforce Platform App Builder, Marketing Cloud preferred
• Experience using Zapier and APEX preferred
