What you'll bring to the table:
Proven Ruby on Rails expertise: 4+ years of experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
Solid technical foundation: Strong understanding of Ruby, Rails, and related technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Database proficiency: Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
Version control mastery: Familiarity with Git and other version control systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Bonus points for:
Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD).
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
