Calling all UiPath Developers in Cali! Join a leading financial services business seeking a talented & motivated UiPath Developer to join their dynamic team. As a UiPath Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using the UiPath platform. You will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, efficient automation workflows that enhance operational efficiency. This role involves creating and supporting RPA applications, optimizing performance, and enhancing infrastructure within an Agile development environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Agile methodology.
- Analyze systems and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with clients and developers to implement RPA solutions.
- Document and evaluate core business processes for governance and improvement.
- Lead cross-functional projects and identify opportunities for RPA adoption.
- Maintain technical documentation and troubleshoot automation issues.
- Provide technical expertise and integrate RPA with existing systems.
- Stay updated on RPA best practices, tools, and compliance standards.
- Assist with after-hours escalations and perform additional duties as needed.
Required Skills & Experience: - Proficiency in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and scripting languages (C#, .NET, VBA/VBS, JavaScript).
- Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL, and data reporting.
- Previous experience in the banking industry is required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Availability for on-call duty as required.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Document Management systems (OpenText, Documentum) and OCR software.
- Expertise in database design and process analysis.
- System testing experience, including UAT and bug fixes.
- RPA Certification (Advanced Developer, Solution Architect, or RPA Architect)
- DevOps Foundation Certification or Continuous Delivery Architecture
