POSITION SUMMARY:

• The Research Project Interviewer will play a crucial role in conducting interviews and managing study documents for our research projects. This role requires in-person work at client sites.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete study certification through client onsite training.
• Engage with participants and external clients in a professional manner, administering study documents accurately.
• Conduct interviews using specialized software, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for conducting interviews.
• Coordinate participant schedules and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and specialized software.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• The minimum is a high school diploma - College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

• Experience in market research or clinical research is a plus.

Computer Skills:

• Strong Microsoft Office/Computer Literacy.
