Job Details:

  Remote Work: Embrace flexibility with a remote/work-from-home setup, catering to candidates located within the United States.

  Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM (Pacific Time)Every other Saturday required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven healthcare recruitment experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with staffing agencies.
• Experience with VMS systems
• Passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in healthcare.
• Familiarity with recruitment software, including Bullhorn, or a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and healthcare professionals.
