Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance budgeting and forecasting processes, including proposing improvements to financial planning.
• Oversee financial operations in the U.S. and support future expansion into other regions.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and US GAAP, with a strong emphasis on IFRS.
• Collaborate with operational teams and warehouse managers to align financial reporting with business activities.
• Manage financial reporting deadlines, data processing, and the preparation of financial packs for senior leadership.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Supervise a remote finance team, fostering communication and accountability across time zones.
• Engage regularly with executive leadership and contribute to strategic financial discussions.
• Travel occasionally for international collaboration and team integration.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in international finance roles
• Strong knowledge of IFRS is a plus
• CPA preferred but not mandatory
• Independent, proactive, and eager to grow
