Overview:

The primary goal of the Onsite Recruitment Coordinator would be to meet or exceed client staffing expectations while working closely with client HR staff. This person will advocate for the employee experience from onboarding, training and retention for the client.

Expected responsibilities would include:

• Employee orientation
• Safety training
• Attendance tracking
• Employee coaching
• Payroll/Deductions
• Communications with supervisors/leads
• Management of employee records and software database
• Interviewing
• Screening candidates, including pre-employment drug tests & background checks
• Providing excellent customer service
• General office duties
• Client Communication
• Coaching Associates/Problem Solving Issues

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Thoroughly evaluate candidates to check qualifications against job requirements
• Communicate with clients and candidates about questions and concerns
• Conduct onsite client orientation and onboarding
• Assisting Senior Recruiters in identifying and preparing candidates for job assignments
• Build candidate profiles in ATS for current/future staffing needs

Education and Experience:

• Previous secretary or customer service experience preferred but not required
• High school Diploma or equivalent required
