Duration: 6+ Months Possible temp to perm
Hybrid Role ( 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)
As a Scheduling Coordinator you will:
Supports the overall activities associated with the interview process for North American hiring; including calendar coordination, communication, assessment scheduling and travel and expenses
Liaisons with candidates and interviewers for availability, addresses and remediates issues in support of the interview scheduling process.
Prepares schedules and communicates with candidates, interviewers and recruiters.
Assists with onsite interview coordination when needed.
Prepares interview rooms for assessments when required.
Statuses and communicates with candidates in the applicant tracking system and via other technical solutions in support of scheduling.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $23.00- $26.00 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
