\n\nPosition Overview, Duties And Responsibilities:
\n\nCrown Holdings is seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our manufacturing operations and corporate functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing industry dynamics and recruitment best practices. Reporting directly to the Director of TA for the Americas, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and driving organizational success.
\n\nKey responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist include:
\n\nTalent Acquisition:
\n\nCollaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
\n\nCandidate Sourcing:
\n\nUtilize various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify and engage potential candidates.
\n\nScreening and Selection:
\n\nReview resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
\n\nInterview Coordination:
\n\nSchedule and coordinate interviews, facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
\n\nCandidate Assessment:
\n\nAdminister assessments and tests as necessary to evaluate candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
\n\nOffer Negotiation:
\n\nExtend offers of employment, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
\n\nOnboarding Support:
\n\nPartner with HR colleagues to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to succeed in their roles.
\n\nRecruitment Metrics:
\n\nTrack and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
\n\nEmployer Branding:
\n\nContribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Crown’s reputation as an employer of choice within the manufacturing industry.
