We are searching for a Listing Coordinator who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and also has the ability to multi-task and solve problems. Your job will be to manage the listing process from start to finish, including arranging all listing information on the MLS database, completing contracts with sellers, post and maintain MLS listings, schedule property inspections, and open houses, and track sales activity in our database to properly showcase results. Responsibilities

Real Estate Closing Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
•Coordinate and manage all aspects of property listings, including data entry, photography, and marketing materials
•Work closely with agents to ensure listings are accurate, complete, and up-to-date
•Schedule and coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections
•Monitor and update listing statuses and communicate with clients regularly
•Assist with social media and online marketing efforts to maximize property exposure
•Track and analyze listing performance and provide regular reports to agents and clients
•Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing concerns
•Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
•Stay current with industry trends, local market conditions, and best practices
•Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research
•Present progress reports to the real estate team that include all sales activity in the client database and how the data relates to company goals
•Arrange all buyers' showings and public open houses to get feedback regarding the showing to help other team members facilitate more sales
•Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers' disclosures, and other documents
•Obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleanings and repairs on homes getting ready to be listed to sell

Qualifications

•Must have an Active real estate license
•Must have prior real estate experience (minimum 2 years)
•Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate CRM software
•Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and platforms
•Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
•Ideal candidates must love helping agents succeed!
•Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred
•Able to use Excel to display data clearly, as well as use basic computer programs
•Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person
•College experience preferred but not required to apply
•Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each client
