Position : Program Manager - 100% Remote

Location : (100% Remote) Framingham MA

Duration : 4 months

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of professional experience in analytics, statistics, consulting , or related fields.
• Experience in advisory services/consulting in workforce planning or people analytics.
• Project management experience in implementing analytics/technology solutions through consulting with various business stakeholders.
• Proven experience using Tableau or other data visualization software to build and present insights through visual analysis.
• Experience with analytics software (e.g., R, Python, Alteryx ) and/or SQL language is advantageous.
• Outstanding data analysis and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage various data points to achieve common goals (people knowledge, internal data, external tools).
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within tight time constraints.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with business partners and proactively assess business needs.
• Ability to identify opportunities and address potential issues before they become problems.

Education:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
