Job Title: Personal Assistant (Summer Position – Potential for Full-Time)
Location: Tri-Cities, WA
Schedule: Part-Time (Summer), with potential for year-round employment
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide direct support assisting across multiple business ventures, handling personal errands, and managing a variety of day-to-day tasks. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is dependable, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support operations across multiple businesses (scheduling, communication, errands)
Manage personal errands, tasks, and appointments
Organize files, coordinate meetings, and maintain task lists
Run local errands (shopping, deliveries, etc.)
Help with travel coordination and logistics
Assist with occasional events, special projects, and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Proficient in Google Workspace and basic tech tools
Availability for Part time and potential to Full-time work over the summer
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as a personal or executive assistant
Background in business, event planning, or administrative work
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage, based on experience
