Job Description

Working at Real Chemistry and in the healthcare industry isn’t just a job for us. We got into this field for different reasons, but we all stay for the same reason – to uncover insights, make meaningful connections, infuse creativity, and improve the patient experience by transforming healthcare through AI and ideas. Real Chemistry creates the world around modern therapies with over 2,000 talented professionals, and for the last 20+ years has carved out its space at the intersection between healthcare, marketing and communications, data & AI, and the people at the heart of it all. We work with the top 30 pharma and biotech companies and are built for uncommon collaboration—we believe we are best together, bringing together experts from a wide range of disciplines to collaborate without barriers under a single, unified mission: to transform what healthcare is to what it should be. This one-of-a-kind model allows us to work in a way that better reflects how people experience healthcare—all with the intent to transform healthcare from what it is to what it should be. But we can’t do it alone – you in? Real Chemistry is looking for a People Business Partner to join our growing team! We are currently seeking a talented People Business Partner to join Real Chemistry. As an integral member of the People Team, you will be a subject matter expert in HR program implementation and execution, as well as employee relations and compliance, providing guidance and partnership for the business group. This is a terrific opportunity to join a collaborative and innovative global People team! This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs. What you’ll do: Provide tactical guidance and advice and support across a spectrum of HR aligned to Real Chemistry’s strategic initiatives. Collaborate pro-actively with the rest of the People team across locations and functions to implement and communicate core HR systems and initiatives, including performance management cycles and compensation-related plans. Build strong, collaborative relationships with key people in business groups by connecting and communicating with them about their concerns and insights frequently. Effectively analyze, understand, and use HR metrics to support the business to make key decisions upon notable talent trends in headcount, performance, attrition rate, demographics, etc. Utilize economic, financial, and organizational data to build business cases for major initiatives. Provide employee relations support to assist employees and managers in resolving conflict management issues. Assess employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate solutions, collaborating with business group leaders and People Team senior management. Utilize sound knowledge of HR policies, standards, and practices to support good governance. This position is a perfect fit for you if: Our Company values – Best Together, Impact-Obsessed, Excellence Expected, Evolve Always and Accountability with an “I” – really speak to you. You have a ton of energy and enjoy operating in a fast-paced and growing environment. You are adaptable, resilient, and OK with adjusting your scope, responsibilities, and focus as we grow. When things change, so do we. We’re always evolving. You enjoy being empowered to decide where you do your best work. We currently operate with a flexible, hybrid approach that gives you the ability to work in the setting that’s best for you – at home, in the office or a mix. You are proactive, driven and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data. You want to be a critical part of a visible, cross-functional team and will help drive strategic decision making. You are a highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines. What you should have: Hands-on experience in a Human Resources role necessary. Demonstrated solid foundation of HR fundamentals and processes. Solid, demonstrated knowledge of HRIS systems; hands-on experience with Workday preferred. Ability to think strategically, manage multiple priorities, pivot when needed, and work under strict deadlines essential. Proficiency in all standard computer applications, including Microsoft Office products, particularly, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. A highly professional demeanor and team player attitude.
