Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in the beauty/fashion industry. This role will be instrumental in driving sales growth and enhancing brand visibility through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of beauty/fashion industry expertise, sales acumen, and marketing savvy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work together with the founder on designing sales and marketing strategies to drive and expand revenue growth and increase profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to inquiries, setting appointments, and managing client relationships from initial contact to the closing of the deal and toward further relationship stages.
  • Organize & strategize outreach campaigns on email & social channels and cold call (no leads generation).
  • Organize and strategize marketing posts on LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Assist in systemizing, updating CRM, and proposal design.
  • Keeping a finger on the pulse of the industry: identifying opportunities, issues, and trends to help our business stay on the forefront of innovation.
  • We are a metrics-driven environment. You will be responsible for driving activity and achieving attainable KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year or more of experience in the beauty/fashion industry, preferably in sales and marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies and experience in cultivating and managing client relationships.
  • Versatile marketing skills, including proficiency in digital marketing techniques and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for the beauty/fashion industry and a desire to succeed.
