The Online Student Liaison assists in securing and retaining qualified applicants while operating as the lead point of contact for incoming and active students. Support includes proactive and responsive student engagement while acting as a customer service professional, mentor, and motivational figure throughout a student's online educational journey
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Represent Full Sail University as a brand ambassador by embracing our unique educational model, while maintaining the highest level of integrity, professionalism and customer service
- Accurately and completely explain educational programs, expected outcomes, student services and financial considerations to students, parents, and families
- Foster student growth through coordination with proper organizational staff members to provide timely and accurate answers
- Prioritize workflow / workload to maximize results and surpass individual, team, department, and organizational goals and expectations
- Any other special projects delegated by leadership
Other Responsibilities: - Maintain compliance with State and Federal accreditation and institutional policies
- Commit to 1-2 weekday nights per week (until 8pm) and 1 weekend shift per month with a minimum 40 hour/week schedule

- Superb written and communication skills, strong planning and presentation ability, analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Candidates must possess exceptional follow up, call return etiquette, email responsiveness, and social media awareness
- Ability to answer complicated student questions accurately and in detail
Education and/or Experience: - Minimum of one year admissions/enrollment experience, 2+ years preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations :
Computer Skills: - Proficiency using software programs such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Environmental Factors/Physical Demands : Work is performed in an office environment and may include sitting for extended periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer system; enter alpha-numeric data into a computerized system often while listening on the telephone. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting up to thirty (30) pounds. Employee must be able to work a flexible schedule including night and weekend coverage as needed.
