This role will be the first face of the service team handed off from sales. Responsible for making sure all contracts, signatures and DocuSigns are completed quickly. Reviewing any customer questions, identifying cross sale potential and setting future meetings to discuss any gaps in coverage, life, medicare or retirement benefits they are interested in.

ResponsibilitiesAsk each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
