We're looking for a highly driven office coordinator to run our office. You'll be in charge of overseeing office operations, helping customers, and ensuring that everything runs as it should. Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing phone calls, emails, mail, and other communications
•Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and courteously
•Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
•Collaborate with the auction set up, load out, and logistics teams to proactively handle issues before they become problems for our customers.
•Process invoices and manage receivables
•Maintain auction files with all required paperwork
•Ensure accurate documentation for sales tax exemptions and sales of vehicles
•Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

•Previous customer service experience
•Familiarity with Google Drive
•Familiarity with QuickBooks
•Organized, Detail Oriented, and Multi-Tasking
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
•Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
