Duties:
● Handle day-to-day inventory orders
● Assist with insurance program data entries
● Handle daily expense receipts
● Communicate with customers and insurance adjusters
● Complete daily assigned tasks in a timely manner
● Assist with office errands and office events
● Filing
● Adapt to monitor program estimating insurance guidelines to remain in compliance
● Maintain and elevate program growth and development
● Daily communication with managers and insurance adjusters
Qualifications Required:
● Experience in Microsoft applications
● The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
● Highly organized
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Able to work independently and as a team player
