Description:

Currently seeking Epic Ambulatory and OCHIN Analyst / Subject Matter Expert (SME) with experience in assisting and supporting end users with OCHIN application issues, as well as break/fix support, incident management with OCHIN, as well as Epic Ambulatory build, testing, and training. As the client is currently migrating from OCHIN Epic to Epic EHR, resource will split time supporting both the OCHIN legacy team and the new Epic project.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily Tier 2 support to end users for OCHIN application issues
  • Identify, research, and resolve OCHIN escalations as applicable, work with OCHIN via JIRA for all items that require OCHIN support
  • Respond to end-user questions or issues regarding clinical aspects of OCHIN applications, such as workflow issues, application errors, user access, etc.
  • Serve as liaison between client and OCHIN
  • Provide support to Epic Ambulatory team in the way of assistance with new build, testing and system validation during Phase III wave and integrated testing
  • Provide mentorship to Epic Ambulatory team

  • Client is located in California/PST Time Zone; Must be willing to work PST Business Hours
Requirements:

  • Epic Ambulatory Certification, with additional module certification preferred.
  • Prior experience supporting a hospital, health system or care network is required
  • 5 years' experience with Epic Ambulatory module
  • Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
  • Requires excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Preference to candidates that are familiar with FreshWorks environment
