Music Director Needed for Beauty & The Beast Jr. Hannah Senesh Community Day School Brooklyn, NY US DESCRIPTION Hannah Senesh Community Day School in Brooklyn is looking for a Music Director for its annual 8th grade musical production. This year we are doing BEAUTY & THE BEAST JR (60 minutes).

REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

April 7-10: Vocal rehearsals with MD April 21-May 13: Staging and choreo rehearsals spread out between students' classes (MD not required if unavailable for certain days and times) May 19-23: Staging rehearsals during full school days with MD May 27-28: Tech May 29: Dress rehearsal during the day, and performance at night (6pm) May 30: Show #2 during the morning for students (9:30am) All rehearsals take place during school hours (8:30am-3:45pm). The Music Director will work alongside the Director to help mount the production. You will be responsible for teaching the students their parts, accompanying rehearsals, and playing piano for the final performances. Please let us know if you have previous experience working in an educational environment and with JR shows.
