MKTG CHANNEL MGMT SPECIALIST WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
The Marketing Channel Specialist works with the channel team to lead marketing initiatives that achieve our business objectives. This role works with internal and external partners and vendors to coordinate and lead marketing campaigns and projects for their channel.
What you will do
- Lead the achievement of channel Paid Media/Advertising and overarching marketing goals.
- Manage complex, high-level marketing projects, specific to advertising.
- Be knowledgeable of compliance requirements and vet all channel projects to ensure the requirements are met.
- Lead data analysis, insights and storytelling to ensure success of both channel and marketing initiatives.
- Lead collaborations with agencies, vendors and marketing partners across channels to execute campaigns, determine KPIs and measure results.
- Collaborate with marketing partners and executives to set channel and marketing strategies and priorities.
- Help manage tracking setup of campaigns and planning and maintenance of FY budgets (may include invoice management).
- Research various issues related to each project/program and formulate recommendations.
- Prepare and present campaign performance and results to senior management.
Must-Have*- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the channel Paid Media/Advertising
- Minimum 3 years of experience with web and/or data analytics
Skills and Knowledge - Business, Economics or related field of study. Knowledge of financial services / personal finance a plus.
- 2-3 years at an agency preferred
- Experience building media campaigns.
- Understanding of current and emerging digital and social media platforms and trends.
- Extensive knowledge of digital media and creative as well as related research tools, resources, digital technical platform.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills and understanding of audience targeting.
- Skilled at preparing media briefs for the agencies ensuring that the plans and execution are meeting business strategies and objectives.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated experience to drive projects from conception to completion.
- Experience with the following tools is preferred:
- Adobe Experience Platform (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Ad Cloud, and/or Adobe RTCDP+CJA+JO)
- Adobe Workfront
- Salesforce
- Experience with the Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.) required
Compensation Starting base salary: $78,970 - $126,140 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
