• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily activities and routines
• Provide direct care and support to patients, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Monitor and document patient behaviors, progress, and responses to treatment
• Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive outcomes
• Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assist with crisis management situations, ensuring the safety of patients and staff
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Knowledge of medical records management and documentation practices
• Familiarity with social work principles and practices
• Ability to effectively manage crisis situations in a calm and professional manner
• Strong data collection and record-keeping skills
• Proficient in behavior management techniques
• Experience working with children is a plus
• Basic understanding of inhalation medications administration
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care
