Role Overview: As a Business Development Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting our Marketing Director and business development initiatives . Your role will involve researching market opportunities, assisting in strategy execution, sales, and contributing to client acquisition and retention efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career while contributing to the success of a leading court reporting firm in the litigation support sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
• Client Outreach: . Assist in the creation & implementation of marketing campaigns. Cultivate and follow up with leads.
• Sales- Initiate and maintain communication with potential and existing clients by making sales calls, client visits, and presentations. Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Event Coordination: Schedule, organize and attend events to promote our services and connect with clients.
• CRM Management: Update and maintain client and prospect information in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Digital Marketing: Assist in the creation of digital content for social media accounts, website, and other online channels. Update company social media accounts and engage online community . Increase online following on social media platforms.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development activities and performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
• Assisting the Marketing Director in the Day to Day business.
