Manager, Engineering Program Manager (EPM) - Retail and Event Product Design Cupertino, California, United States | Hardware Description We are seeking a Program Manager with at least 5 years of project management experience and 2 years of direct management experience. The ideal candidate is motivated, curious, and capable of handling ambiguity and multitasking. A technical background or relevant work experience is advantageous. As a Retail and Events EPM, you will support cross-functional teams including Marcom, Product Marketing, Retail Visual Merchandising, Channel Sales, Operations, Product Design, and Industrial Design. Your responsibilities include aligning with cross-functional partners on retail and channel roadmaps in a fast-paced consumer electronics environment. Knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes is essential. Minimum Qualifications At least 5 years of experience managing projects involving multiple materials and high aesthetic standards, and 2 years of management experience. Ability to drive daily activities to meet project goals. Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing teams. Proficiency in creating and monitoring efficient processes, troubleshooting issues, and improving workflows. Resource identification and management to ensure project success. Strong collaboration and communication skills with engineering, operations, marketing, and OEM partners to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets. Experience leading cross-functional and external vendor communications. Timely issue resolution and critical path management. Ability to communicate status effectively across all levels. Understanding of technical issues and driving them to resolution through collaboration. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Capacity to distill relevant information for different audiences. Self-motivated with creative and critical thinking skills. Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments. Flexibility and composure in rapid development cycles and ambiguous situations. Preferred Qualifications Experience in multinational development projects. Knowledge of CAD/Mechanical design is a plus. Experience managing raw material development. Exposure to environmental initiatives and policies. Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $165,500 to $293,800, depending on skills and experience. Additionally, Apple offers stock programs, benefits, and educational reimbursements.
