Job Title: HiFyve is sourcing a Management Trainee, in St. Paul MN

Location: Saint Paul, MN, US, 55101

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

The Management Trainee program combines rotations in various departments and classroom seminars to prepare you for a leadership role that aligns with your strengths and career aspirations. Upon completion, you will take on a key role as a new business Sales Representative. After your tenure in Sales, you will have the opportunity to apply for positions in areas such as Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, or Service Management. The program includes driving a van/truck or personal car during two of the rotations and is available nationwide.

Skills/Qualifications:

Required:

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months.
• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs., including:
• An active driver's license.
• Being at least 21 years of age.
• Obtaining a DOT medical certification.
• Providing documentation regarding previous employment.

Preferred:

• Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or an Administrative role.
• A business or related academic major.
• Leadership or management roles on campus or in related extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program.
