Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled Machine Operative’s (Operate and Setup) to join a leading manufacturer in Peterborough, New Hampshire, specializing in the production of safety-critical components for the aerospace and defense sectors. As a direct hire, you will play an integral role in the production of high-precision components used in mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities of Machine Operative:

• Set up, adjust, and operate machines with precision to meet tight tolerances.
• Follow detailed work orders, quality inspections, and production schedules.
• Perform first and last piece inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain machine settings, tooling, and materials.
• Comply with safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

Required Skills & Experience - Machine Operative:

• Minimum 1 year of machine operation experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to follow instructions.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with the metric system.
• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
