Description Currently ranked as a Top 10 agent for all of Los Angeles with $180M+ in sales volume over the last 12 months, Eva Lin is among the nation's top listing agents and she is looking for somebody as hard-charging as she is to act as her right hand. As Eva's Listing Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting her with providing the highest level of care and attention to the home sellers she serves.
The person we are looking for: You aren't the type of person to shy away from a challenge. Your organizational skills, project management skills, ability to lead/delegate, and communication abilities are all world-class. You're always thinking 3 steps ahead and understand the importance of overcommunicating. You prefer to "own" your job rather than having someone micromanage your daily tasks. You belong in real estate, and in addition to being hardworking and diligent, you pride yourself on your ability to work with and through others. Details are your forte, and you catch the smallest of errors. As the first point of contact for clients, you'll be able to use your upbeat attitude and problem-solving skills as a tool to ensure their listing experience is smooth and leaves them feeling exceptionally well-informed and cared for.
You have in-depth experience with the CA real estate contract, CAR forms, purchase contracts, drafting offers, due diligence, marketing listings, and taking deals from offer to close.
Responsibilities A little bit about the role This is a multi-dimensional role for someone with a real estate license and experience supporting an agent or top-producing team for two or more years.
•You will provide a concierge level of service to clients and maintain impeccable listing management for the team. You will be responsible for "owning" the listing process and client experience, ensuring that excellence is the standard.
•On certain weeks you will bring 4 or 5 multi-million-dollar homes to market. Throughout the year, you will coordinate the preparation and listing of dozens of multi-million dollar homes while earning glowing feedback from home sellers every step of the way.
•To support you, you have a team of A-Players including a 6-figure listing coordinator, multiple full-time licensed runners, and high-level virtual assistants. You will act as the key contact for clients and provide them with impeccable service - time and time again.

The Details: •Salary: $160K - $170k
•Benefits: Paid time-off, sick leave, health care monthly stipend
•Hours: Full-time, 40+ hrs/week M-F, flexibility on weekends and evenings required
